Apply for new Fibre & 4G connections through regional offices or sales outlets.
Provide a copy of NIC/Passport.
Obtain consent from the landlord if the service location is rented or leased.
How to pay the new connection fee?
The new connection charge can be paid in cash, by card, or by cheque.
Changing packages and plans
Requests for package and plan changes should be submitted in writing.
How to request disconnection.
The legal owner should submit a written request to terminate a connection with our services.
Settlement of all outstanding bills is required to proceed with the disconnection.
